West Side CTC Pre-Kindergarten Program Features

WSCTC is partnering with BBLC to offer a Pre-Kindergarten Program at the West Side Career & Technology Center! Have your child kick-start their education and take advantage of the Pre-Kindergarten at the WSCTC! Children who take part in a quality pre-k program are better prepared both socially and academically for kindergarten and for their upcoming school years. Through the pre-k experience, they armed with the mix of skills and socialization needed to succeed.

  • Small class sizes
  • Curriculum approved by the PA Department of Education
  • Literacy based curriculum
  • Breakfast, lunch, and snack provided
  • Before and after school childcare options available
  • Pre-K Counts Financial Aid/ELRC assistance available

West Side Career & Technology Center (WSCTC) is partnering with Building Blocks Learning Center to offer a pre-kindergarten program at the WSCTC in Kingston for the school year. Pre-K Counts grant funding is available. Help your child kick-start their education by enrolling them in a pre-kindergarten program.

Enrolling in a pre-kindergarten program at Building Blocks Learning Center can help a child achieve his or her full potential. In addition to Building Blocks Learning Center’s pre-kindergarten program at the West Site CTC, we also offer pre-k programs at our learning centers in Wilkes-Barre, Mountaintop and Dallas.
