For Pre-K students at our King’s College Early Learning Center only.
Child Care Works helps low-income families pay their child care fees. State and federal governments fund this program and it is administered by Building Blocks, a recognized Early Learning Resource Center (ELRC) in the region.
Pre-K Counts provides quality full-day prekindergarten to eligible three- and four-year-olds in Pennsylvania at no cost. By enrolling your eligible child in Pre-K Counts, you give them a great start to a bright future.

Funds from the Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program more commonly known as EITC, assist lower-income families with children with tuition costs for children in pre-K at our King’s College Early Learning Center. Complete the form below for more information. .
For our Plaza 315 early learning center in Wilkes-Barre only
Infant Toddler Contracted Slots more commonly known as ITCS, provides qualifying families with free child care for children ranging in ages from six weeks to 36 months. The program supports the high quality services we provide to infants and toddlers and is eligible for families at our Plaza 315 location in Wilkes-Barre.
