Building Blocks Learning Center will host its annual Fall Festival and Costume Parade on Wednesday, October 24th in the parking lot of the Wilkes-Barre location. The parade begins at 3pm and the fall festival will take place from 4pm to 5:30. All friends and family are welcome to attend this fun-filled event. There will be a pumpkin patch, fun activities for the children, treats and more! We hope to see you there.
